Thank you everyone.

I do cover everything you have all mentioned, so at least I know I am 
covering all the bases.  I must say that I have learned so much about 
people since I started working with women and babies.  It is amazing to 
me how one mother can be so determined to work through all sorts of 
obstacles to make breastfeeding work and others just don't have that 
same drive.

I also leave a lot of printed material covering everything we talked 
about (along with references and websites) so they can mull things over 
and have resources to refer to in the long run if they change their 
minds.

Thanks again for all your wisdom. It is nice to know I am not alone with 
these struggles.
