I am working with a Mom with a long history of Bulemia, she told me today that she is having a bad time of it now. Besides all of the health implications for her I'm wondering about the baby. Production is becoming an issue, and I'm not surprised. Would this change the milk composition, Would the Na be high in the milk? I can find nothing about feeding disorders and breastfeeding and I need your help.
I will be seeing this Mom tomorrow, for sore nipple on one side. Baby is 2 weeks old.
