Since this is an international list, can we all agree that everyone is going
to feel patriotically about their homeland and their own system?  Debates
about which system is best or "greatest, freest country" remarks can only
serve to be divisive.  We are here to talk about breastfeeding, and to learn
about one another's cultures and ideas.  A certain amount of acceptance of
each person's right to feel the way they do about their religion or their
politics is necessary to keep the peace:  on the list and off it.  Let's
continue to come together as friends and as health workers with the common
goal of insuring the empowerment of women and the health of babies through
breastfeeding.
