Thank you all for your quick responses to the BMJ article...and I LOVED Nina
Berry's recommendation as a TRUE conclusion for this study:

The only conclusion that can be drawn from this study is that artificially
fed infants who are fed some breastmilk are not conferred with a cognitive
advantage over their completely artificially fed counterparts.
