Yellow veggies, carrots, squash and sweet potatoes are still recommended as
first foods after cereal. If you haven't taken a stroll down the baby food
aisle lately, do it. I find the variety appalling. Nothing is plain,
everything is mixed.

I encourage parents to use plain fruitss and add own cereal, plain pureed
meats stirred into veggies, etc. I still suggest Happy Baby food grinders.
In the inner city most babies get smashed of whatever family is eating :-)
My LLLness spills over into my practice :-) Pat in SNJ
