The nurses don't want the mother that *couldn't* breastfeed feel bad?  Imagine
how she'd feel if no one explained the known risks of formula feeding.
Betrayed?  Angry?  Lititgious?  And as I understand it, the form would only go
to breastfeeding mothers experiencing difficulty.  Signing consent might
strengthen her resolve!
