Have a slightly unusual situation.  A mom who delivered at 'my hospital'
in northern VA actually lives in Bel Air MD.  One of the other LCs worked
with her and her severe engorgement.  After many hours of alternating
treatments she was only able to get the baby to latch with a nipple shield.
She wants the mom to have follow-up, but the closest Ibclc she found on the
BNN is over 20 miles from her home.  The other LC has been having problems
with Lactnet and her server (Juno), so she was unable to post this request,
but she would like any IBCLC close to Bel Air to email her privately her
