UDS = Urinary Drug Screen.
So why not do an MDS = Meconium Drug Screen? 
We will do that on select babies by certain criteria and we do a UDS on the
moms.
Then again, your same question about dilution may hold for mom's UDS also.
Looking for the answer also from some knowledgeable L'netter.
