Can anyone provide some background information on "The Research Institute
of Mother and Child Care"?  They are sending out surveys that have a lot of
formula stuff on them and I would like to know how to respond to the
mothers who ask about it.  Is this just a marketing survey for the formula
companies?  It certainly looks like one.  Or is it associated with an
intitution that is checking up on formula companies?

ps. I object to the use of artificial breast milk when referring to the
formulas.  There is nothing breast milk about them. It honors them too much
by having the name breast milk in the title.
