I did google search on "Virginia Thorley 
breastfeeding" and got lots of information, 
including the website for the Australian "Birth 
Issues Journal" (ISSN 1038-023X): 
http://www.capersbookstore.com.au/birthissues/default.htm. 
It says "Reprints (electronic versions) of 
articles since Volume 6 are available for 
purchase".
