My impression from the bit of the article that was available was that 
the point of stating that in the title was that this is a problem that 
generally occurs in FF infants, so the fact that it occurred in a 
breastfed infant was worthy of note. For obvious reasons, it's much 
rarer for the opposite to occur.  ;-)
