One suggestion is the bi-monthly USLCA Chapter calls that Debbie Costello
(USLCA Director of Member Services) hosts for representatives of chapters
(and chapter-wanna-bees). They discuss many of the issues you are asking
about. I believe there has been a TALCA rep on at least a few of the calls.
