I came across this interesting reference in a news article:

http://www.dailystar.com.lb/features/05_02_03_b.htm
"Lebanese winter dishes the perfect recipe to fight the cold"

This article about Lebanese winter dishes includes a reference to "the
famous aynar drink made of herbs and spices, the essence of carnation, and
loose tea leaves. łAynar is very healthy and is usually used to fight colds
and coughs,˛ Maya Khoury, a 30-year-old dietician, explains. łAnd if a
mother is breast-feeding her child, drinking aynar helps her increase her
milk.˛"

Note the reference to colds and coughs, I wonder if Aynar contains
fenugreek?
