This question from a parenting media/news service person, via a University of
Wyoming MIH cyberpal on another list:

<<Does a lactating mother always pass healthy flora on to her breasteeding

infant, regardless of her own digestive health; in other words, can her body

produce the bacteria in her breastmilk that she does not have in her own

digestive system?>>

The questioner might mean *antibodies* instead of "bacteria".

Anyway, the question is confusing, and the complete answer too long for me to
tackle tonight, And I am not sure of how to answer, but anyone who would like
to give an answer, I will be happy and glad to hear it and to be able to pass
it along.
