My humble opinion is this woman should make an immediate appt with a breast
surgeon to evaluate this lump, discharge and diagnosis.  She should have a
mammogram, and possibly an ultrasound.  I would insist on seeing someone who
specializes in breast evaluations, not just a general surgeon.
