Kerry, the chances are good of rebounding..but she needs to grieve, and if
it were my client, I 'd recommend some space to grieve, some counselling if
it would help, some meditation, some Rescue Remedy, homeopathics from a
licensed practitioner, and some Domperidone. And feeding the baby first is
of paramount importance. The baby may need supplementation if the output
continues to be so low.  Daily contact and an "ear" might help her a lot at
this difficult time.
