Hi,

This is in response to the question about nipple spasm and blanching. I just
went to the conference in Holyoke MA with Kittie Frantz and one of the last
questions she answered was that very one.  She said she sees that from a
short jaw excursion and the baby bites down on the nipple.  She suggested
putting some downward pressure on the chin to get baby to open mouth wider.
That should help blood flow too. I hope this is helpful.
