I spent yesterday evening with a mom who is experiencing sore nipples and
pain on initial latch.   Since it was evening and this little fellow is
practicing frequent feedings through the p.m. it was a great opportunity to
observe and find solutions (which we did).  When I pointed out this
opportunity to mom she laughed and  said, "Yes, he thinks he's at an
all-you-can-eat buffet"! What a wonderful analogy.
