Hello to all.My name is Beth Brannum and I am an RN at a small community
hospital.We reopened our OB services almost two years ago, and as I am
the Education Coordinator for the Women's services, it has become my job
 to develope a Lactation Program for the staff and the patients.I am in the
process of rewriting policies and procedures and trying to create the forms
for documentation.Any helpful hints and/or advice would be welcomed.I
 have only been on Lactnet for a couple of weeks, but I have really enjoyed
 it and have learned quite a few interesting things.I am planning to sit for
 the IBLC exam this July, and unfortunately, I keep finding more things that
 I don't know instead of things I do know!A special THANKS to Kathy,
 Donna and Vicki for the excellent Seminar that was here in B'ham...ya'll
 were GREAT and helped me a lot!
