Formula companies don't need blackmailers to contaminate their product -
they do it quite efficiently themselves.

British medical journal The Lancet has reported the bacteria enterobacter
sakazakii are found in four out of five tubs of baby milk powder. This is
apparently published in the Jan and July 2004 editions of the Lancet.
