I am sorry but I don't understand how respect for choice is going both ways if the doctor can "fire" a patient for not complying with the doctor's wishes/ideas, or as you say doing things that endanger her health. How does the patient respect the choices of the practitioner? Thank you, Kathy Eng, BSW, IBCLC
