I'm referencing some stuff on insufficient milk supply. I've always
heard that the #1 cause of milk supply failure is mismanagement of
breastfeeding, usually due to lack of information. Lawrence, however,
cites the old "fatigue, stress, diet" as major causes of low milk
production. Can anyone help me with references that discuss the aspect
I'm after? Opinions to the contrary?

TIA,
Lisa Marasco, BA, IBCLC
