The LLLI website has a lot of basic information and FAQs in Spanish and
Italian, which can be accessed at
http://www.lalecheleague.org/LLLIlang.html

There's also a list of translated LLL materials in a wide range of
languages at:
http://www.lalecheleague.org/Lang/translations.html

(I believe they're always interested in finding volunteer translators as
well.)
