I have been communicating with Linda Smith as we continue to deal with the issues of two groups (SIDS and Breastfeeding) who both have passions for their subject, and who also need to collaborate for the benefit of all future babies.

One question I asked that Linda suggested I post here is:

Has the rate of SIDS increased as countries have increased their baby-friendly policies and reduced the rate of pacifier use?
