Hi,

I need recommendations for this mother...mother primipara, 23 yrs old has 
flat nipples. She was able to breastfeed initially immediately postpartum 
but once the milk "came in" baby had difficulty latching, she started using 
nipple shield & also started pumping. When the baby was 10 days old, he did 
not wake up at night for any feeds & subsequent morning mother could not 
express any milk. After lot of manauvering she manages to express few 
drops. She called me today for advice, I will be seeing her tomorrow.
The baby has been on formula for a week now while the mother has been 
trying to pump & express to no avail.
