The Toronto Public Health Department did this survey.  In Canadian
dollars ($1Can=70cents US).

The cost of formula for 6 months (1993 prices):

powder   $622.00
concentrate   $723.00
ready to feed   $1,117

This does *not* include cost of preparation, bottles, nipples, waste.
