Amanda - in places where mothers expect gifts from the hospital, it
would be great if they were all baby friendly. But why would a
healthy, breastfeeding mother and baby need to count breastfeeds? How
would that help us to encourage mothers to respond to the baby's
feeding cues, not the clock?

[I do see a place for paying attention to frequency in a situation
where things aren't going well, though]
