I have had this experience with my own pumped breastmilk. It's "good" for
maybe 3 days before it smells (and tastes) awful, soapy, sour. When it was
first happening with my first child (almost 4 years ago) I had never heard
of lipase issues, but now that I have read a lot about this, I know that is
exactly what happened to me.

I've gone through many dietary adjustments and had another child in that
time. This is purely anecdotal and not based on anything but my own
observations with my own milk (so I hesitate to even share it here) but my
milk "kept" a little bit longer (up to a week in the freezer) when I was off
dairy products completely. Could have be coincedental, could have had
something to do with the dairy, I don't know, but I thought I'd mention it
here.
