In the Netherlands we have a specialised nurse that assists the midwife at homebirth and 
visits the house in the first week after birth, depending on the choice of the family 3 to 6 hours 
a day. The add tells that she can come 20 more hours.

And this is a company that does include about one visit of an IBCLC lactation consultant. Not 
in the basic insurance, but in the 'extra's'.
