the smaller SNS is usually a short term use  and easy to demonstrate and
have a return demonstration.
The larger SNS is usually used for longer term use . The video that
demonstrates it should be seen by the potential user before the package is
open.  Then she can see how it is used cleaned and determine if it is
something that she would be able to use.  The videos  used for  this purpose
can be copied as some mothers need a loaner .  Never give away the original
video (I did and regret it and had to get another)  .  Make copies and
secure your original.  My hospital AV person will do it for me as long as I
have the letter from the company that gives permission to make copies.  He
keeps it on file now.
