Thanks to all who responded to my post on the baby who had turned blue a few hours after birth, then began clicking while breastfeeding. It turns out that the diagnosis has been made of tracheal malasia.  From what you have posted, it sounds like there is a direct connection between the noisy nursing and the medical condition.
