I am wondering if anyone knows of any information regarding the relative
obesity risks of bottle-feeding formula versus expressed breast milk. We
know for sure that with formula, babies are definitely at risk.  The speed
of milk delivery never changes so it is easy to overfeed, and the milk
composition does not change over time so there are no ameliorating factors. 
 
But what about expressed breast milk?  One of the plagues of working mothers
is trying to prevent baby from eating more from the bottle than they do at
breast, making mothers feel inadequate in their production in the process.
On the other hand, my colleagues feel intuitively that feeding of EBM is not
as risky.
