Teresa, there are very few LCs in private practice in the UK. This 
mother would find it easier to find help from other sources. These 
would include

* a breastfeeding counsellor from one of the voluntary organisations
* a specialist infant feeding midwife

It is unlikely that she would be able to rent a weighing scale - 
these don't exist for home use in the UK.

I am not aware that Celexa would be implicated in slow weight gain in 
a baby, and a quick check shows it's not a known side effect, though 
there seems to be case reports of weight loss.

Is it not likely there  is more to it than this...surely?
