Hi,
I've gone no-mail since I am leaving for a "vacation" (HA! to visit
family, no vacation there!) before attending the LLLI conference in DC, see
you there!! but am trying to catch up on past reading....
Anyway I often recommend mom's not wear bra's -- dissappointing to
them after spending beaucoup bucks on nursing bras and "over night" bras
sold here in the US at upwards of $30-$60 a piece!! yikes

IF they protest too loudly about "flopping" around and/or leaking I
recommend they buy a men's tank top t-shirt in whatever size is one size
smaller than their current chest measurement and wear that instead...in
cotton t-shirts one size smaller gives some "support" but LOTS of give ---

If they MUST wear a bra I have them take the bra off in front of a
mirror and with a partner and look for red lines. If they find any I tell
them the bra is too small and they need at least two sizes larger in the
chest measurement and probably at least one size larger in the Cup -- of
course finding bras in these kinds of sizes is tough -- so we're back to the
men's t-shirt option!! It's cheaper and easier to find!!!
