Thanks for the compliment. Unfortunately, this is not seen as often as we 
would like in our NICU. It is OUR standard of care but we still meet with 
resistance from a number of the nurses and physicians. Most of the NNPs are on board 
but not all the surgeons and cardiologists. I was suggesting what is in the 
literature as what should be the standard of care for premature infants. We do 
succeed with some of our babies but not as many as I would like to see.
