Could this be related to Mammary Constriction Syndrome... vasoconstriction from the chest muscles which causes ischemia to the breast and nipples?

Study is being done by Edith Kernerman in Canada regarding this and the treatment for it... including pectoral muscle stretching and no air drying... want to keep the nipples warm..

From what I understand, osteopathic or chiropractic treatment, massage etc...may also be helpful as might magnesium and yoga or other stretching.

At the very least, massage and an osteopathic adjustment would feel great for mom!
