See, *this* is why my house doesn't get cleaned if I read lactnet. I just
thought of a simple expedient, at least in my case. I alway send a report
to the baby's dr, and have begun sending a copy to the OB floor's head nurse
as well, ostensibly for her files, in actuality to try to advance the
information base there.
My report has a summary at the top (mother's name, ped's name, baby's name,
birth date and weight, date of visit, recommendations). It wouldn't be hard
to add a line listing mom's labor drugs, without comment, just as a
matter-of-fact part of the summary, and let the evidence build up for both
ped and hospital over time. Hmmm....
