Maybe if she treats with GV and it clears up the nipple and the baby's
tongue, that will persuade *her* hcp -- as opposed to the ped -- to prescribe
fluoconazole.

And if it does, she should bring that fact back to her ped afterward -- maybe
he'll even learn something.
