I posted on the 3/12/03 week about a mum who delivered on the 5/11/03
Her medical history included a breast augmentation in 1999
and diagnoses of hypothyroid in 2003 while pregnant. Was taking 1.5mg while pregnant recently reduced down to 0.1mg.
Has been taking blessed thistle and Fenugreek which increased supply a little.
Just had a call from her, she is   continuing to B/F 2-3 hrly expressing after each feed . on the left side gets 20-30 mls ebm depending on the time of day. and maybe 5mls from the right breast.  she dosent  experience  let-down on the left side also.
She mentioned that over the weekend she pumped instead of putting baby to the breast and only got 60mls .This mum is now hitting the wall, she is tired,disappointed and Im not sure what else is left.
She would like to try Domperidone I have checked with the pharmacy and there are no contraindications to this medication.

What else could this mother try, that already isnt being done????
