If this family are fortunate enough to have people willing to give
milk to the twins, the least important factor would be the duration of
lactation in the donors.  Whatever that is, they will be producing
human milk, the third best choice for a human child, after its own
mother breastfeeding it or expressing her milk and feeding it.  There
are far more relevant things to consider when using donor milk.   The
age of the milk (date of expression) and how it has been handled
afterwards, for instance, and what kind of system to use for finding,
and if desired, screening them..

If they are deluged with willing donors who are acceptable to them,
and have to choose between them I would go for the closest one to my
home so the milk would be as fresh as possible.  The last thing it
would occur to me to wonder about is the age of the donor's children.
