Dear all,

A LC colleague of mine has a client that had a breast reduction, her
surgeon was 'careful' as she stated that she would like to breast feed.

Her baby is now a few weeks old and her supply is woeful, my friend has her
client pumping after every feed, is taking rasberry leaf tabs, and is using
a supply line to supplement with modified cows milk and any EBM (expressed
breast milk) that she has expressed from previous feed.

Baby is doing well, feeding every 3-4 hrs. Mums breasts are comfortable.

Unfortunately not much is expressed and there doesn't seem to be an
increase in overall output. Is there anything else that can be done?

Thanks,
