You're asking good questions. When we screen milk donors, we are very careful about medications, and most medications, prescription, herbal or over the counter, are reasons not to accept a mother's milk. Check the HMBANA Guidelines (https://www.hmbana.org/products/publications) to see which drugs and the many references. There are new Guidelines coming out in the next few weeks and medications policies have been updated in the new edition.
