Sometimes nursing "constantly" also means constantly at the breast, but primarily sleeping. I'd consider teaching Mom how to keep the baby stimulated at the breast and how to evaluate whether he is transferring milk effectively. When baby is no longer actively nursing - take off, wake-up, and offer other side. Reinforce good positioning, breast compressions, evaluating latch. Nursing "constantly" can sometimes contribute to slow weight gain.
