In regards to this pediatrician, it is my opinion that it would be ethically right to make her position on breastfeeding clear to any mom recommended to her.
That way there is no mis-conception. I also would feel ethically bound to make it clear that her statement about having no milk is not medically correct, nor
is her recommendation to bottle feed in the best interest of the baby, this may discourage (hopefully) alot of moms.
