As someone who is NOT a LLL Leader, but has a mother who I can proudly say
spent 12 years as an active Leader, I know for a fact that much of this
article is hogwash.  I know this article has caused my mother much
frustration in that her experience with LLL was so very different.

However, I feel that perhaps Lactnet is not the correct forum for Leaders to
voice their opinion.  Perhaps there is a Leader list for LLL Leaders to talk
about this?  After all, this is not directly lactation related.  The topic
seems more of a disgruntled member of an organization wanting to air dirty
laundry.   I'm sure we've all had experience with that, in one form or
another!

I am really enjoying and learning about breastfeeding issues here on Lactnet.
 There is a wealth of knowledge on this list!
