Liane,

This isn’t meant to be a electronic spanking – just that this mom may not be telling you everything, or at least not exactly what she is hearing.  She may be telling you everyone says everything is fine so that she can feel she is doing exactly what she should be doing and that she doesn’t have to change – not that you aren’t doing what you should.
