Disclaimer: I have no financial interest in Ekornes, the company that produces these chairs.

There's a Norwegian chair called 'Stressless' which can be used sitting upright, angled backwards, and almost fully reclining. You can get them with upholstery that can be wiped clean. They have infinite possibilities within the range of angles of the back and are easy to adjust, you just lean back and the chair follows you. Not hard to get up from again either. I googled 'stressless' and found that there are about 58000 images of various models of the chair on Google so if you are curious you can take a look. In the first couple of hundred images I did not notice anyone breastfeeding and they are meant to be Just Plain Good Furniture, not specifically for one breastfeeding position or technique. You don't need as many loose pillows nor as much floor space if you have a chair like this rather than a bed, so if area is limited it would be worth considering. Pricier than IKEA but probably more solid too.

We use them for mothers to sit in, and they work well as sleeping surfaces for partners who need a nap before driving all the way home after a long labor. It may have happened *once or twice* that staff have taken power naps in them on night shift. :-)
