I have been very prone to migraines. The have been hormonally related in
that I got one during ovulation and prior to my peroids.
While breastfeeding I would get a spasm at most MERs. Sometimes this was go
into a full blown migraine and sometimes not. I have 6 children and the
nurse for years so that I times the headaches would consume me.
I found out that when I would get dehydrated it would in increase. I do have
trigger foods such as chocolate and dairy. Fatigue was also a big factor.
Working with a homeopathic health care provider has gotten me almost
headache free. I would be in bed 2-3 days a week before. When my headaches
increase in frequency I know it is time for another constitutional remedy.
