How would you handle this: pediatrician recommends that since he doesn't
know how long it takes for prednisone and  vanceril to leave mom's
system (she's being treated for asthma), she should stop breastfeeding
for the four days while on prednisone (40 mg daily, 20 mg AM and 20 mg
PM), and should not continue to breastfeed for one week til all the
medication is out of baby's system?
