There's a front page article about WIC's campaign to improve breastfeeding
rates among poor women in the Chicago Tribune today. You can view it at

It touts the peer counseling program used in many WIC offices in Illinois
as the primary reason for an upswing in poverty-level women's breastfeeding
rates.
